Refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis and unfortunately cannot be granted for change of mind, incorrect date selection or due to missing our same-day delivery cut-offs. Please ensure delivery details are correct at the time of ordering. 

Credit notes may be issued on a case-by-case basis. 

As flowers are a perishable product that are reliant on conditions outside of our control, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of flowers with any issues or concerns.

Liquor Purchases MUST only be for persons 18 years and over. ID will be checked on delivery.

Wedding Floral Bookings - Terms & Conditions

By confirming a booking with Yeah Bud, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking Deposit
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your wedding date. This deposit confirms your booking and locks in your date with us. Until this deposit is paid, your date is not secured.

2. Changes to Your Booking
Changes to your floral order are welcome and may be made up until 3 months prior to your wedding date. Any changes must be of equal or greater value to the original quote. After this time, changes may be restricted due to supplier and scheduling commitments.

3. Communication
Yeah Bud is committed to working closely with the couple who has made the booking. We understand that wedding planners and coordinators may assist in the planning process and are happy to work alongside them. However, they will not act as the sole communication channel. Final decisions and approvals must come directly from the couple.

4. Cancellations
In the event of cancellation, the 20% deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. Cancellations within 3 months of the event date may be subject to further charges depending on the stage of preparation and ordering already undertaken.

5. Acceptance
By paying the deposit, you confirm acceptance of these terms and conditions.
